Christy graduated!!

Christy earned her bacherlor's degree in Clinical Lab Science from Weber State University. We are all so proud! Way to go Christy!!

San Francisco- Oct '08

Last week, Kelci and I took advantage of our Fall Breaks at school and headed to visit Marianne, Josh, and Charlie in San Francisco. I deleted over 160 pictures from the trip, so these don't even come close to showing how awesome the whole trip was.We got to see their new, much less cramped neighborhood...

and since it was Kelci's first time in San Francisco, Marianne and Josh were kind enough to show us all the regular tourist attractions such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Muir Woods, Haight-Ashbury, Alcatraz, Fisherman's Warf, the ocean, and many more unique places.


We had a great time seeing the attractions, going to the Soapbox derby, eating the best sushi of our lives, going to the beach, eating their delicious cooking, and most of all.. seeing Charlie. Thanks Mar and Josh!

Our old store. As much as we have all hated this place over the years, we have loved it even more. It was way too small and outdated for the amount of business that came through and dominated way too many family dinner conversations. But it was successful. And this is where the James kids learned to work. Mom and dad instilled a strong work ethic in each of us early on but we all exercised it here. And we have taken many of the lessons learned here on to other successes in our lives. Of course the new location is great but this is where it all began. Consider this post a little tribute. I know I'll miss seeing that building on the corner.
